1、為避免機器在運輸、裝卸等環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)意外，使用前必須檢查各部位螺栓、螺母是否松動，扁齒，圓齒，主軸螺母有無松動現(xiàn)象。用手轉(zhuǎn)動皮帶輪，檢查機器有無碰撞現(xiàn)象。

3、工作時一定要注意清除物料中的雜物，嚴禁鐵塊石頭等物進入機器，以免損機傷人，接料布袋應(yīng)有4米以上長度，直徑0.6米，布料不能過密，使用中要及時出料，保證布袋有足夠的透氣性。
