1.飼料攪拌機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)有自動(dòng)吸料和強(qiáng)制喂料兩種（根據(jù)機(jī)型選配使用粉碎機(jī)），當(dāng)物料被吸入或送進(jìn)破粉碎室后，在錘片連續(xù)不斷地打擊和碰撞下，迅速破碎成粉狀或顆粒狀，繼而受離心力或氣流作用，經(jīng)過篩孔排入粉碎機(jī)下邊葉輪室內(nèi)。

2.飼料攪拌機(jī)運(yùn)行：當(dāng)物料推進(jìn)器旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，物料小料斗葉輪室被強(qiáng)行送進(jìn)輸料管道，然后被推進(jìn)器提升到攪拌桶頂端，這時(shí)物料被均勻的拋撒再攪拌桶內(nèi)，攪拌桶內(nèi)物料的上升下降及左右旋轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)進(jìn)行，形成混合過程，從而達(dá)到混合均勻效果。
